My Math Board🐤
If you had the equation 19-9 would you work it out like I did or would you do it a differnt way? If you would do it a different way how would you do it?🎭

Hi Quinn,
ReplyDeleteWell done with your maths board today. I can tell you put lots of thought and hard work into each task. I really liked how you challenged the people reading your blog to give the this problem solving maths board a go in their own way. I would do the word problem like this:
Kirstin had opened a bag of pineapple lumps one night while watching a movie. She counted 19 in the bag. Kirstin let her husband take 2 pineapple lumps, and Kirstin ate 7. How many pineapple lumps were left? (That sounds like my real life at the moment!!)
Hi Quinn
ReplyDeleteA great looking Maths Board. I can tell you like unicorns! I love Mrs Gills word problem and I can believe that she was greedy eating more pineapple lumps! I know she has a sweet tooth. Remember to extend yourself by trying tricky ways to solve it and include strategies.
