Maths is awesome. For maths I have been learning to use rounding and compansating to solve addition and subtraction problems. My goal was ordering numbers to 1000000. Use a broad range of mental strategies to solve problems rounding and compensating. My favourite part of the create task was the part where I got to write down loads of cool questions. Here is my create for this week.

Hi Quinn - I do like Maths - and I do like this post! A catchy title, and clear explanation of what you have been doing make this meet the criteria of a great post.
ReplyDeleteWhat other strategies could you have used?
Kia ora Quinn,
ReplyDeleteWow this is so creative, the number chat is such a clever idea. It might just be the screen shot but the how to is a bit hard to read. But this is really good and yes maths is one of my favourite subjects.
