My Cross Country Goals

Name Quinn
Goal; My goal was
Do five or more laps every time
I prepared myself for Cross Country by: 
Doing laps of the back field.
How did I encourage myself to keep going?
By saying I can do this,keep on going
What did I do well today?
I was jogging and at the end I picked up the pace and I almost achieved my goal.  
What do I need to work on? 
I need to work on keeping a steady pace while I am running and speeding up at the end!
